Fab location and very pretty room. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. Panoramic view of sea. All facilities were really good too. Staff were generally very friendly, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. I loved to spend time in the relaxing pool bar.
The bathroom was smelly.

the whole experience was fab, no complains at all, would recommend. the breakfast was perfect and provided. there also was small parking and heated pool. premium drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

Laguna Kaan Luum was within easy reach. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. Perfect for weekend. It offers sensible prices.
